Terms of delivery:


Address Error Management and Absences:

If a package is returned to us due to an address error made by the buyer, their absence, or any other reason beyond our control, a new shipment will only be made at the buyer’s expense. We encourage you to provide accurate delivery information and to be available to receive your order.

Communication with the Carrier:

For any specific delivery instructions, such as requesting to leave the package in your yard or a note about a faulty doorbell, please send us an email at info@cielfestif. We will pass this information on to the carrier to facilitate delivery.

Second Delivery Attempts:

If you are absent during the first delivery attempt of a package containing pyrotechnic products, a second delivery can be arranged by appointment. A fee for the second presentation will be applied.

Return of Merchandise:

Due to the nature of the products sold (hazardous materials), the buyer must not return the merchandise without our explicit prior agreement. The return of these products requires specific procedures to ensure safety.

Shipping Delays and ADR Transport:

Shipping times for hazardous materials, governed by ADR, average 5 to 7 days. We have written the delivery times in the description of the pyrotechnic products. These times cannot be guaranteed and are provided for guidance only. In case of a delivery delay exceeding 15 days, you have the option to cancel your order within 60 working days, in accordance with legal provisions.

Refund in Case of Cancellation:

If you receive the product after canceling your order, we will proceed with the refund of the product and the return costs, upon receipt of the product complete and in its original packaging. The costs and delays of ADR-specific transport are due to enhanced safety measures, specialized training of the carriers, and the necessary insurance for transporting pyrotechnic products.

Return Procedure:

  • At CielFestif, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require the return of a product. To ensure efficient management of returns, we have established a clear and straightforward procedure.

Refund Request and Return Agreement:

  • If you wish to return a product and request a refund, please first contact us at the email address info@cielfestif. This step is crucial to obtaining our explicit agreement for the return, due to the specific nature of the products we sell.Receiving Additional Information by Email:After receiving your request, we will send you an email with detailed information about the return procedure, including the return address and specific steps to follow.

Refund Conditions:

  • Once we have authorized the return of the product, you may send it back to us. Ensure that the product is returned complete and in its original packaging. Upon receipt of the returned package, we will conduct a verification. If everything is in order, we will refund 100% of the purchase price.
  • The refund process will be initiated immediately after the return verification and will be carried out using the original payment method used during the purchase.

Customer Responsibility:

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product is returned safely and in the same condition it was received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of an error on our part.
